Work Life
Throughout my career, I’ve navigated virtually every layer of modern software delivery—working as a web developer, systems analyst, cloud architect, and DevOps engineer before stepping into management. Early on, I spent 15 years running a cloud-focused managed services business, followed by delivering agency-scale digital platforms for global enterprises like Adidas, Dell, and AT&T.
Today, as a Software and Platform Engineering Manager, my primary focus is building resilient platforms and the high-performing teams that sustain them. Leading platform initiatives across high-stakes domains—like healthcare, aviation, and utilities—has taught me that technical architecture is only half the battle; team culture, developer ergonomics, and mentorship are what drive real outcomes. I pride myself on turning years of hands-on successes and hard-earned mistakes into a supportive environment where emerging engineers can take ownership and accelerate their careers.
